4. What is the background of your instructor?
5. Can you obtain support from both a local AND a national source?
We see each company as unique and therefore do not try to force you into our training structure. After reviewing your needs and meeting your people, we will put together a training plan which makes sense for you. This will often be some combination of classroom and on site instruction. Video training is also available on a variety of topics.
On going support is available from us locally or from the home
office. This gives you access to how to best use your system locally, plus
direct contact with the developers.
